Data Deletion Instructions

Pyxym (operated by ERA STREAM SAS, 66 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France) lets you delete your personal data — including any data received from Facebook and Instagram — at any time. You have three ways to do it:

1. Disconnect a social account from Pyxym

• Log in to your Pyxym dashboard.

• Go to Connectors → Social Accounts.

• Click Disconnect on the Facebook or Instagram account you want to remove.

• The access token and the platform data associated with that account (profile information, page list, post metrics) are deleted from our systems.

2. Delete your entire Pyxym account

• Send us a deletion request by email (option 3 below) from the address linked to your account.

• All your personal data — profile, connected accounts, tokens, content and analytics — is permanently deleted, except where we are legally required to retain limited records (e.g. invoices, for the statutory retention period).

3. Email request

• Send an email to contact@erastream.fr with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your account.

• We will confirm the deletion within 72 hours.

Removing Pyxym from your Facebook or Instagram settings

• You can also remove Pyxym directly on the Meta side: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove Pyxym (or Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites).

• When Meta notifies us of the removal, the platform data associated with your account is deleted from our systems automatically.

What we keep
After deletion, we retain only what the law requires us to keep (e.g. billing records) for the applicable statutory period. Nothing received from Facebook or Instagram is retained.
